10-Minute Setup Time
As soon as your payment has been successfully authorised, your hosting package (and domain, if you ordered a new registration) will be ready for use within 10 minutes. There are a few things you can do to help us get your order immediately accepted:
- If paying by a debit or credit card ensure that the address you use on our order form matches the address with your bank's records;
- If paying with PayPal, it helps if your account is verified;
- If possible, do not use an e-mail address provided by a free provider (Hotmail, Gmail etc.) Remember, any details you provide to Xengo are secure.
As part of our anti-fraud security policy, all new clients of Xengo have their first order automatically screened to prevent fraud. By following the steps above you can ensure we can continue to provide
excellent service.
If your order includes a dedicated IP address or the issue of a SSL certificate this is not automatically provisioned. In these cases you can expect Xengo to have set up these items within one working hour.
